Happy Valentine’s Day!

I’ve decided to have a date night with the boys a couple nights ago.  Well, it turned out to be a date night because there was an important meeting during that night where my hubby & I had to be present, so we took the boys with us.  We had planned to head home after but it was getting close to dinner time.  As you can see in the photos I was not dressed for dinner nor for a playground venue.  The restaurant was only 10 minutes away so we decided to stop by and have dinner there.

Thanks to tado (carrots) and babi (broccoli) we were able to have a not so chaotic dinner at the restaurant.  After the last episode of wine spilling on my shoes and glasses shattered on the floor, we were armed and prepared whenever we leave the house…just in case.  Little did we know that all it took were carrots and broccoli to tame the boys.  Both of them love broccoli so much that one day I had to bolt out to Costco to get another bag because we ran out.   I have a feeling that they will grow out of the broccoli stage just like they did with avocados.  So, if they want broccoli then I will feed them broccoli.  Nuff said about babi.  Needless to say, the dinner was awesome and the service was impeccable.  The best part was that our boys let us eat our dinner in peace.

We headed over to the playground after dinner since it was only few doors down.  The playground was very kid friendly, specifically made for kids their age and a bit older.  The boys loved it so much that they cried when we picked them up to leave.
