I’ve been getting a lot of emails about my workout schedule; where do I find time to exercise and practice yoga while working full time and caring for my twin boys…AND blog!  Well, it’s  not easy.  I can tell you that hubby and I do not take any downtime for granted.  Our boys are 2 1/2 now and their schedules from eating to napping to sleeping have significantly changed since my last post here.

I still find time to practice yoga either first thing in the morning or right before my bedtime.  Yoga has helped me find peace within my inner self during my toughest times.  To me, it is a miraculous agent of renewal and healing.  Yoga has the ability to calm the mind, energize and rejuvenate your body,  and strenghten your posture and balance.  Do you know that Yoga can also lower your blood pressure, make chemicals that act as antidepressants, and even improve your sex life?  This beautiful outfit from Yogi takes my yoga practice to the next level with an airy fresh feel.

  1. I love yoga. I’ve been practicing on and off for 15 years. Problem is i got quite ill last september and completely fell out of it. I need to go back. It definitely helps keep me centered.
