On my previous post I talked about how certain spices can rev up your body.  Here’s another spicy food that can shift your metabolism into high gear and to reduce the body’s negative response to fatty foods that clog your arteries.

This dish is one of my favorites to cook.  It looks complicated but super easy to make.  I added cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric spices to the recipe.  A combination of just two tablespoons per day of these spices can lower your blood fat levels by 30%, increase your metabolism up to 25%, and increase cancer fighting antioxidants in the blood stream by up to 13%.  Here’s the recipe…
