Proflowers.com recently contacted me to create a floral-inspired spring look from head to toe.  The challenge was to choose either roses, tulips or orchids to help inspire or accent my outfit.  For this challenge, I chose tulips as my inspiration for this outfit because tulips are symbolic of eternal life, fame and perfect love.  Although my favorite color is pink I’m drawn to purple tulips.  The color purple symbolizes royalty, creativity, wisdom, and dignity.  It is also the color of good judgment.  I wore this outfit last week to celebrate hubby’s recent win of the “Broadway World Award for Best Featured Actor“.  This outfit was the perfect choice because it is a symbolic of our eternal love and support for each other.

  9. Great outfit! I love that you paired something other than black with the skirt, and that necklace is a perfect match!

  10. You so often look flawless. This is just another of those times. I could go on and on. So many things to say about how lovely this look is with you wearing it, but I’ll just note how cool it is to project a little black into spring! That’s innovation.
