Happy Friday everyone!

buscards

When I first started this blog a year ago one of the things that I prepared for was to have a set of my business cards printed.  The intent was to bring them with me to do some professional networking to introduce and grow my blog.   I used Vista Print to print my business cards.  Well, I can’t complain about the price because it was really affordable.  But…the quality was not as great.  I even called their office about it and they graciously offered a credit to my account.  It’s been over a year now and I have yet to use the credit to purchase new business cards from them.

Now that my blog is expanding I need to pay attention to the details.  I’m currently researching to see which business cards printing site will fit my needs.  I came across the following sites.

Moo:   According to their site they offer mini cards (I’ve never heard of that ’till now) and full-sized business cards.  You can even design your cards through a webapp where it lets you tweak and cusotmize the front and the back with any text, image, or design you choose.  They also offer features where you can choose to include different photos or designs on each card.

YouPrint: This site offers 4 different business cards sizes.  You can also upload your own image and design your own cards through a webapp where it lets you tweak and customize the front and the back.  They offer writable and glossy options .  They offer fast delivery in the US as little as 3 business days.  What I love most about this site is that if your order is not right, they will refund your money!

Love to hear which company you have used and are happy with both the service and the product.

Thank you for visiting and have a fabulous and safe weekend!

  1. Vistaprint is tricky. My first time around I wasn’t happy with my cards at all. Lesson learned – I paid to upgrade them to glossy and designed my own card. I LOVE the second set I got from them. Very professional looking. I’ve also heard great things about Moo. Good luck! I hand out cards all the time, having a great one makes all the difference.

  2. Hi Janise, I’m new to your site and really enjoy it. I’m also Taiwanese American with twins! Anyway, I used moo to print my business cards and really liked the quality. You can order a sample pack to get a feel for the paper quality and weight. The mini cards are pretty cute but I opted for the regular sized cards with rounded edges. Here’s a picture of my cards if you want to take a look and I can also mail you a couple if you want to see a finished product.

  3. Thanks for the info. I am looking to creative business cards for freelance writing. I have heard of Vista Print, but not the other too. Will definitely check them out!
