Happy Monday everyone!

While waiting to get my hair done I flipped through some hair and fashion magazines.  I came across some photos of Old Parie in all its magical glory.  I can still remember my first time arriving in Paris twelve years ago and was immediately mesmerized by the beauty, food and love from the city.  Since then I long to go back to be awaken with French windows that open over wrought iron balconies and enjoying the morning Parisian air.  I also long to shop their local, fresh markets, dining at length with wine, and just wander around the streets and make resting stops at their café shops.

The memories inspired me to convince hubby to dine at a French bistro for our recent date night outing.  To get in touch with my Parisian visit I suggested we sit by the window quietly and chat over a glass of wine.   While doing so I spotted my high school friend whom I had not seen in years.  We both recognized each other right away.  We chatted a bit and I invited him and his family over for our sons’ birthday party, which will be held later this month.  He later told me that he normally doesn’t walk by this street but for some reason he decided to do so that night after work.  The magic of Parie works in mysterious ways.

So chic, perfect for a relaxed date night. I love the way a pop of colour can transform an outfit. I love Paris, we got engaged in a hidden little garden there. Thanks for linking to #AllAboutYou

  4. How fun to meet a friend this way! Very pretty outfit … could have gone “bumble-bee” very fast, but not on you with the gray and the necklace, etc. So glad you have bistro near you that reminds you of your trip!
