Happy Friday everyone!
Welcome to a new series called “Simple Indulgence”. As mentioned earlier each Friday I will introduce an item, recipe, gesture, experience or any treat that brings pleasure into our every day lives. After all, the pleasure in living a luxurious life is not about having the biggest house in a prime location, top of the line car or the biggest bank account but rather surrounded by loving supportive family and friends and enjoy simple indulgences here and there without breaking our bank.
The first simple indulgence that I recently discovered while shopping at Trader Joe’s (our 2nd home) is Himalayan Salt with Truffles. Yes, I was shopping for Himalayan salt refill but found this gem instead. Ever since then I became an addict. I’ve been using this for EVERYTHING in my kitchen. If you love truffles (yes, they are very expensive but taste so good!) then you will enjoy this simple indulgence as much as I do for less than $5! Who says you need deep pockets to indulge and live luxuriously.
