Truffle Cheese
I’m not a cheese person and I don’t think I will ever be. Don’t get me wrong I do eat them but they are not my main source of meal or to die for appetizer. I eat them at social events and at home occasionally. I can eat quite a bit if the cheese is mild but I tend to pick on the aged cheese, which I believe is considered luxurious. I guess I just don’t know how to appreciate expensive food.
But there is one cheese that I’m completely enamored with, the Italian Truffle Cheese from Trader Joe’s. I didn’t know what to expect when I first saw it because I was not a big fan of cheese but the truffle intriqued me. I was head over heels at first bite. The truffle brought out the best flavor of the cheese. For less than $12 a pound this is quite an affordable indulgence that I don’t mind eating a lot of. Although I’m not a cheese person but I’m definitely a truffle cheese fan.
So, this weekend while shopping at the supermarket remember to check out the truffle cheese and try this indulgence. You will definitely love it. Until next week, I will see you on the blog!
