I tried this product and it did not give me the results I was hoping for. However, customer service is excellent! I called before the thirty-day trial was up to get a return authorization. I returned the product within the trial period and was promptly issued a refund to my credit card. If anyone wants to try the product, they have nothing to lose except the return postage cost. You really can’t ask for more than that.

I have been using Erasa XEP for a little over 2 weeks now and so far I like it. In my opinion I have seen small changes in a positive direction. Unfortunately, I only use it once a day because I am trying to make it stretch out. Not ideal, but one has to stay within the confines of ones budget.
My skin is feeling healthier and comfortable, and that’s saying alot since I suffer from rosacea and the ravages of time (mid 50s).
I may up my application to the recommended twice a day application, to see if I notice more improvements. Definitely an improvement in skin tone and barrier function already seen in the short time I am using.
Also product gives a nice blurring effect, which makes pores look better under makeup or bare skin.
