If you have been following along on my blog then you know I’m OCD for taking good care of my skin. Unlike my sisters and most of my friends I was not born with great genes. I have to work twice as hard to maintain my skin. Each season I have to adjust my skincare routine to accommodate the weather.
I’m in my mid forties and although I no longer carry the T-Zone like I used to in my twenties my skin can get extremely dry if not properly cared for. That’s why I have a set of skin rituals that I do on a nightly basis.
Regardless of weather, I’m notorious for slathering up with SPF not just on me but also on my entire family. SPFs became a habitual living style for us. Now that I travel frequently I always keep a tube of SPF moisturizer in my carry-on for multiple applications. Whenever I travel I make an effort to look presentable by keeping my makeup to a minimum with a light coat of mascara and lipstick. I’m very dependent on my moisturizer as well as water to keep my skin hydrated throughout the duration of the flight.
