Cioppino

If there is one Italian dish that I can’t get enough of it’s my husband…sorry, I meant Cioppino 🙂 I had this dish a couple nights ago at an Italian restaurant we occasionally visit. I always order this dish whenever we dine there. They do have the best Cioppino.
That meal inspired me to want to cook up a pot of Cioppino for my next dinner party, which prompted me to look for a recipe and discovered the history of the Cioppino dish, thank you San Francisco! I think I will serve this dish for my mother-in-law’s visit in a few weeks. Now, that’s an indulgence I can’t wait to try on my own.
