Welcome to the School Drop Off Attire series where each week I share what my “usual” school drop off attire looks like. I don’t have a lot of time every day so the quicker I can get ready the better. At the same time I don’t want to look like I literally rolled out of bed. I always keep the three Cs (casual, classy and Chic) in mind whenever I get dressed in the morning to drop the twins off to school.
I wore this outfit earlier this week to pick up the twins and went grocery shopping right after. The trench coat kept me warm while the denim provided comfortable. This pair is actually quite old – so old that the distressed look from wear and tear is now on trend. You can pair denim with anything and still look pulled together. This look is casual and not overdone. Do you have something similar in your closet? If not, no worries because I located some similar items for a lot less but still look chic.
