Is it a dress? Is it a coat? How about both? Almost a year ago while flipping through some fashion magazines at home I came across a picture of a model wearing a denim coat with a leather belt cinched at the waist, topped it off with leather sandals and a red clutch. I couldn’t shake off that edgy but elegant and effortless image. That encounter inspired me to look for a similar coat/dress. 9 months later and to my delight, I found a similar denim coat while browsing the internet. The affordable price made the item even more appealing. I knew I found my denim coatdress and snatched it without hesitation.
I’ve been anxious to wear this coat and/or coatdress for fall and winter since. Due to the unexpected heat wave since September it’s been sitting in my closet. Now that the heat wave is dissipating (fingers crossed!) I’m able to take this denim coat out to play. Whatever you want to call it, this denim item can transform into anything it needs to be for the situation.
