Purple Rain

Happy Monday!  I hope your weekend was treating you well.

I’ve been busy holding down the fort at home. Again.  Hubby won’t be home till later this week so you can imagine how crazy my home has been with the twins – it’s just been crazy…and still is as I write this.  So, I will keep this short and sweet sharing an outfit that I wore to work last week, the same day that we all learned about the death of one of the greatest musicians/artists – Prince.

When I put on this shirt dress that morning hubby said the color reminded him of Prince’s song Purple Rain.  Sadly, Prince died hours later that day.  You can call this a coincident or whatever but I felt like wearing purple that day was a tribute to his death.
