It’s no secret that I love wearing neutral colors. You can never go wrong wearing a neutral color like camel for work or pleasure. I did not embrace this color until the last few years. I used to say no to this color because of its brown undertone. Since I have olive skin tone the camel color or any brown undertones can make me look downright sallow.
Over the years and through trials and errors I sort of kind of mastered the art of wearing the color camel. If I want to give my olive complexion the right kind of pop, just add a slash of red lipstick.
The camel color alone can give any garment a luxe appeal, especially if the fabric is cashmere. Needless to say, this classic neutral shade has a talent of bringing any piece to the chic factor, regardless of its price point. Camel not only allow me to be more adventurous with trendier pieces but also offer the versatility to mesh with nearly every other color to stay modern and stylish.
