I love wearing white – year-round. I know there are rules – no white after labor day, and even no white after having babies, but as you can see almost every outfit that I have featured on this blog was mostly white.
I’ve never been one to follow rules, especially when it comes to fashion. I feel that style is about personal decisions and aesthetic as opposed to rules about colors and seasons.
I personally love white on white because they are a lot more easy to pull off than you think. One of the ways to pull off winter white is texture, layering and accessorizing.
To balance out the white look for fall and winter, I like to pair with darker colors such as navy, black, and gray. Even a subtle pop of color in an accessory or print can also take the white on white look to the next level.
Do you still have that white midi skirt you bought in spring or a year before? Bring it out like I did and pair it with a dark navy turtleneck with trumpet sleeves – so on trend and won’t break your bank!
