Happy 2017! Hope you had a wonderful holiday celebration.
It’s been an amazing two thousand sixteen for my family & I. The boys have started preschool and they are growing bigger and older each day. Time does fly when you are enjoying yourself. Of course, we had our ups and downs but they were manageable.
I’ve been hibernating from the blog since Christmas Eve. My kids were off from school so I decided to spend my downtime with them as much as I could from baking cupcakes and cookies for Christmas to sledding just yesterday. I also celebrated my 7th anniversary with hubby during this time. I have savored every moment that I could and shared some of those moments with you on Instagram.
It’s not easy to juggle family, friends, work, and the blog. I’m doing my best to balance them. As the twins are getting older I want to spend more time with them. That does not mean the blog comes to a halt. Nope. In fact, beginning this week there will be posts focused on a particular holiday or celebratory event from beauty and fashion to travel and healthy eating.
To kick things off for 2017, I’m sharing one of my favorite coats that I have had for over 15 years. This coat was actually my first ever purchase at H&M in England for 49 pounds. I fell in love with the cashmere/wool texture and the camel color – the combination is timeless and classic.
