Welcome to the Beauty Craze series, another new monthly series for 2017. It focuses on all things beauty from hair treatment to self-pampering. As you all are aware, I’m a self-proclaimed beauty junkie. So, it’s not a surprise that I can’t stop sharing beauty related things with you.
One of the things that I have yet to share on this blog is wearing perfume. Maybe because I don’t wear them on a daily basis. Or, maybe it’s just way too personal!?
Regardless, I love wearing scents that are very subtle and don’t linger after I leave. Trust me, the last thing I want is to give my hubby and kids vertigo.
I never really followed any guide when it came to choosing a perfume, although it was suggested by most beauty editors that just like fashion, your scent should fit your mood and where you’re going.
I have quite a collection of perfume where Chanel Chance would make me feel most polished while Dior J’Adore would make me feel glamorous and sexy. But my all time favorite would have to be Paris from YSL. This perfume makes me feel fun, romantic, bold, yet free-spirited, which reminds me of Paris that is full of glamour and allure.
The scent has a combination of elements from violet, bergamot, rose, Iris, and sandalwood. Can you tell from this almost empty bottle on this picture how much I love wearing it?
If you want to try this perfume yourself just stop by the beauty counter at any major department stores and get a few spritz. I promise you will walk out the store feeling romantic and exquisitely refined.
