What to Wear WHERE: When It’s 80-Degrees in Fall

Last week I shared what to wear when visiting a vineyard.  This week, I’m sharing what to wear when it is 80-degrees in Fall.

It is officially autumn  and yet it feels like summer here in LA.  The past couple weeks have been hot and cold, and hot an cold.  According to the Weather app, this coming week  will hit as high as 90s.   And no, this is not our year-round weather!  

Even though I have already packed my summer clothes away I always leave a few items to prepare for the unpredictable weather.   One of my all time classic items that I like to keep year round is a light shift dress like this one shown in these pictures here.

For those of you who are  also experiencing summer in fall and kind of tired of wearing your summer wardrobe, I have some ideas for you to look stylish while staying cool.

STYLING TIPS

You can keep your linen and cotton dresses stored away.  My recommendation is to wear darker colors with richer textures.  You can also opt for a brighter color like red from head to toe – so on trend this season.
