Happy Monday everyone!

As you read this, I will be sipping processed coffee, pretzels and high sodium crackers on the plane. I’m on my way to one of my favorite cities, Boston, for business for the entire week. I absolutely LOVE Boston; their architecture is breathtaking! It will be a tough trip for me because I will be leaving my kids and hubby for the entire week.
Over the weekend, I have been running like a chicken with its head cut off; prepping an entire week of food for the boys while I’m away, running last minute errands and packing for my trip. I work from home so I’ve been conditioned to wear anything (including PJs at times) while working because I rarely interact in a professional setting in person.
This trip calls for business casual but in a very very conservative way, which means it puts a pedal on my current wardrobe. But I refused to spend more money to buy clothes that I would only wear once or twice a year. Luckily, there are some staple pieces in my closet that I can still re-introduce to the working world. This cotton shirt and crisp white cotton blazers meet the criteria. I will be bringing these pieces with me so that I can look stylish while maintaining a professional image.
I will be extremely busy with work but will do my best to do some site seeing (mostly at night) so that I can share with you. Also, the typical posts are slated to appear as usual during the week for you to enjoy 🙂

I like the chose of colours you have in the outfit, even down to your nail polish. I love blazers as you can wear them in the day or evening and white is perfect for colour.
