There’s nothing more thrilling for me than finding a bargain, treasure hunt if you will. In my previous no-kids life I used to frequent flea markets, antique shops, outlet stores, TJMaxx and Marshalls. I would often buy things in bulk because they were such good deals. Ever since becoming a mom to my twin boys I stopped frequenting these places with the exception of TJ Maxx and Marshalls. These stores are local and they are conveniently located.
On my most recent trip to TJMaxx my eyes darted to this floral blouse and I immediately fell for it. The floral pattern and the bronze buttons attracted my attention first. Then after feeling the material I did a double take. It was made of 100% cotton and with the price being $9.99 I pounced on it without hesitation. I’ve been living in this blouse from skinny jeans to short denim and most recently with the high waisted trouser. Talk about thrilling!!! Have you done any treasure hunt lately?

Love the blouse. The print offers so much wardrobe flexibility. I know what you mean about finding treasures. I’ve found 2 incredible treasures at Old Navy in the past week.

Very pretty outfit. I have yet to go to TJ Maxx. I don’t do well with crowded stores like that. I like things neatly organized and easy to find.

Absolutely lovin your beautiful floral blouse and it goes so well with your structured wide leg trousers. Am I the only one who can never find anything in TKMaxx?
Thank you Lorna. TJMaxx is a VERY intimidating store to shop if you don’t have time to browse or look through racks of clothes.
I love the fact that with cotton you can totally pull off a cheap top, whereas with synthetic fibers it can be a little too obvious! $10 was a steal…but the real winner of this outfit is that pair of PANTS! LOVE them. I could never pull them off (too short, wide hips) so I’ll just live vicariously through this ensemble.
