Happy 2015!

2015 Goals Resolutions

Year 2014 has been an incredible year for my family, me and Mama in Heels. I have so much to be thankful and grateful for. I have very loving and supportive family and friends. They are healthy, thankfully. This blog has grown so much since I first started 2 years ago and it’s all thanks to you. Without you, Mama in Heels wouldn’t be here so THANK YOU THANK YOU for your continued support.

For year 2015, Mama in Heels will be guided by the mantra, “live healthy and luxuriously without breaking your bank”, because you know what, you can! It is with my hope that this blog will provide tips, inspiration and guidance on how to turn that into reality. A new series called “Simple Indulgence” will be introduced starting next week. I’m a firm believer that you don’t need deep pockets to live healthy & luxuriously. Our lives can be regularly enhanced and sprinkled with simple pleasures, a simple indulgence.  The entire premise of creating a Mama in Heels blog is to focus on living healthy, luxuriously and feeling fabulous without breaking the bank.  Yes, it is attainable!

On Monday, a new blogging schedule will begin on Mama in Heels. No worries, all of your favorite posts are still going to offered each week, just in different format or on a different day. Below is a schedule of what you can expect starting Monday:

Monday: Outfit of the week. I will share what I wore last week.
Tuesday: Reviews, sponsored and guest posts.
Wednesday: Inspiration of the week.
Thursday: Amazingly Chic & Affordable: All under $100
Friday: Simple Indulgence.  I will feature an item, recipe, gesture, experience or any treat that brings pleasure into our every day lives.

As always, I will share extra posts when I find something I can’t help but share.

As you sit down to write your goals or resolutions for 2015, you might want to consider keeping your list between 3 to 5 over-arching objectives. I’m not saying you can’t reach your 10 or 15 goals but I think it is realistic to stay focus from 3 to 5 goals so they are not overwhelming, and that’s speaking from my own experience.  Setting your sights on 3 to 5 goals are achievable versus overwhelming yourselves with a long list of New Year “to do’s”.

For my 2015 goals, I’d like to share four resolutions I have written down. Throughout the year on the blog I will share my progress and what I have learned along the way. It is with my hope that at the same you too will share your progress and successes. Here’s what I will be focusing on:

1. Reset Fitness Goals
2. Break a Bad Habit
3. Take an Important Risk
4. Visit a New Place

With each of these goals I wll reveal the specific goal when it has been reached or at least attempted to reach with the best of my ability. I dream big and hope they will come true. It is my hope that you too will dream big when it comes to writing down your goals/resolutions as well.

Cheers & Happy 2015 everyone! Whatever you wish to accomplish this year, YOU CAN!
