Look Out The Window
I spend a lot of time in my office staring at my computer screen. Whenever I need to de-sress I look outside of my window for some real greenery view. I’m not an outdoor person but once in a while a dose of nature elevates my mood. I love looking out the window and day dream. That’s my simple indulgence.
I have viewed a 7ft wall, commercial trains (12 foot away from our backyard separated by a 5ft wood fence) and neighbor’s bathroom windows and backyards. All in all, I enjoyed them (minus the neighbor’s bathroom windows). My point is even a view of a humdrum landscape like the parking lot of an office building can be emotionally satisfying.
So, take a few minutes break and just look out the window because it’s good for the soul! Until next week, I will see you on the blog!
