I tried last week’s simple indulgence and it was a disaster! I left the quinoe in the pot more than the specified time and forgot to turn off the stove. Thank goodness I didn’t burn down the house! So for this week’s simple indulgence I thought I should try something that doesn’t require any fire to cook, pineapple coolers! I LOVE pineapples and this drink is perfect for the summer heat!
