Get to Know: Bargain Baglady

Welcome to the Get to Know series where each week I introduce a new blogger behind him/her blog with Q&A’s – with personal revealing results. This week I’m featuring Sammy Hayes from Bargain Baglady, a blog that Sammy shares where she got her bargin look/item and for how much.   Just like Mama in Heels, she wants to show people that you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to look and live fabulously!!!

Less than 6 months.

What is your blog about?
Initially, I intended my blog to be about my Op shopping (Thrifting) obsession, which quickly turned into Bargain, lifestyle and fashion hints and tips! I love to share with the world where I got my bargain look/item and for how much. I want to show people that you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to look and live fabulously. It’s all within yourself, and knowing where to bargain hunt!

How often do you blog?
I am now aiming for 2-3 times a week. It’s currently about twice a week.

Best compliment you have received?
My partner told me that I can be anything I ever want because of that determination I have instilled in my heart. I really loved that one!

If you could be any age for a week, what age would that be and why?
I’d like to be 30 (5 years older than I am now), I’d like to see where I have gone from here and if I ended up being anything like the kind of woman I want to be (and If I have 3 cats, I bet I’ll have 3 cats.)

If you could spend the day with any celebrity, who would it be?
I’m a huge Michael Jackson fan, so to be able to spend a day in the recording studio with the king would be a dream come true.

If you could retire tomorrow, what would you do?
I’d travel the world and most likely op shop/thrift my way through the US.

Your dream vacation? Worst vacation? Best vacation?
Dream – Japan before I am 31.  Worst – N/A Best –  Vietnam and Indonesia/Malaysia are in close ties. I love exploring south-east asia. I can’t wait to get back to Vietnam and visit Hanoi one day.
