I’m so happy that hubby came back last week and our usual routine resumed. If you read my last post then you know why.
I wore this outfit to work last week. I didn’t want to be late so I grabbed a silk button down shirt to mix with a pencil skirt – that’s a basic office uniform that can’t go wrong. Well, until I got to the office and my skirt was the first thing that a couple colleagues noticed. One of them asked me why was I wearing leather to work.
Wait..I had a thick black skirt on when I left the house but didn’t realize it was a leather. I usually prepare my outfit the night before and the dress that I had originally wanted to wear did not happen. Right after I put it on I noticed a huge patch of dirt on the hem.
Although the outfit was not as office perfect, HR didn’t send me home so I guess it was okay. Sometimes things will not go as perfect as you had planned but that’s not the end of the world.

I’m glad the HR didn’t send you home. My boss is super annoying about which clothes I should or should not bring to my work and how I should wear them. You look fantastic! Serious and professional, yet very stylish!
